Google & Nokia to stop Drunken messages!

Gmail and Nokia are trying to help, by stoping us sending messages when we are drunk.

Google released a useful new Gmail feature yesterday in its labs, which could help prevent drunks from sending embarrassing late-night emails they might regret in the morning.

Like the one that was meant for your girlfriend and you sent it to your boss. He still looks at you funny, right.

When activated, the program will force a user to solve a series of math problems before allowing any message to be sent.

The service is set by default to kick in only on Friday & Saturday nights, but if you prefer to get drunk from Monday to Thursday then you can change the settings.

Meanwhile over at Nokia…..

Nokia are developing a drunk picture sending blocker.

Nokia Connecting Sober People

Lets face it, how many times have you sent a picture of your ass to your ex after a few beers?

Well Nokia are trying to help you by scanning the picture before it is sent.

If the image looks slightly dodgy, it will be held in the “drunk line” for 12 hours. After which you will be asked a series of sobriety test questions, such as:

Can you name the Seven Dwarfs?

What is the capitol of Denmark?

Are you lonely?

If you answer them correctly it will send the picture, if not it will be sent with your name, location and phone number to the Nokia flickr account for the whole world to see and laugh at..

Nokia Blocking System
Nokia Are Trying To Stop This.

We here at NTS cried just a little bit when we heard about these new features, as we feel that the internet will be a much more boring place.
